i cant figure out how to put scripts on the server iam renting from zap hosting could somebody help me with this

Have a look into frequently asked questions in our control panel - there you find a tutorial on how to install resources.
Just connect via FTP, upload resource folder, add start resource to ur server.cfg and upload the sql file (if that script has one) to your database.
