Where to find Stungun/Tazer properties to edit

I’m looking for where to change/play with the tazer/stungun damage and it’s effect timer. I’m more interested in adjusting how long the stun effect lasts.

If it makes any difference, I’m using Essential Mode + ESX.

I’m not hugely optimistic about getting a response but hopeful non the less!

or edit the meta file for the taser.

I was asking where that file is located, but that mod workers as guess,
I’d still be curious to know for future reference.
