.dmp files/report IDs- Just Says "Windows 10 outdated - When im using Windows 7. And then it states that the program has stopped working.

Also add what you already tried so far. I tried clearing the Cache as i was told in this post - https://forum.spaceturtl.es/index.php?/topic/2282-cleaning-your-fivem-cache/ - Then i had just updated restarted PC and nothing.

Not with windows 7. You can do a free upgrade to windows 10 with the key you currently have.

Where can i, also does that mean i pretty much have to do a Format? or Am i gonna keep my files and such?

you will keep your files, just google Windows Media Creation Tool and use it to upgrade to 10
