What did you do to get this issue? I installed a Graphics mod What server did you get this issue on? Its across all servers CitizenFX.log file .dmp files/report IDs

I’ve reinstalled/Updated all drivers
I’ve Tried it on several monitors (Issues still persists)
I’ve reinstalled the game including GTA V
I’ve checked for Loose Plugs
I’ve tried it on onboard graphics (Issue still Persists)
I’ve tried other games (Fortnite & CS:GO) (Issue still persists)
I’ve done DDU
I’ve formatted my PC (Kept personal Files)
Only thing I can think of now is formatting back to a fresh windows install.

I took it as: I tried other games but the issue is still there in only FiveM.
If this is indeed happening across all games then you may have a faulty GPU. You could monitor temperatures, but will most likely have to contact your GPU vendor
