People play on server like 30 min and after everyone get TIme out after 15 secounds
Anybody know some tricks about this error? Server is on VDS …6 gb ram 60 g ssd
Ok first try to clear your catch in five m. Go to your folder then data then catch put everything in the trash and delete then click play and it will load up a fresh catch it fixed it for me! 
I did this 3-4 times and still got timeout after 15 secounds
Before all players got timed out after 15 secounds hitch was 10k

[vRP] xx.xxx.xxx.xxx disconnected (user_id = 38)
And after back to 238
hitch warning: frame time of 238 milliseconds
Did u ever fix it?
