Strong Fps Drops on well filled servers

I get terrible Fps drops from around 130 down to 20 for a couple seconde then it gose back up.
But only if there are more then 3 people around me. If im alone on a server everything is fine.
Sometimes the whole frame freezes completely for 2 seconds.

GTA V version? 1.41
Up to date? yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Windows 10 Pro Version 1703
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
System specifications

  • Cpu: Intel Core i5-6600K @ 4,2 Ghz
  • Gpu: Gtx 1060 6gb Windforece
  • Ram: 8gb hyperx fury 2666 MHz

What did you do to get this issue? Join on a server with more then 3 people on it

I have updated all my drivers, reinstalled five m and I turned off my Nvidia overlays + Shadowplay
I play the game on the lowest grafik settings

Probably has todo with the car mods installed on the server.

There seem to be more factors:

  1. Missing handling files could maybe cause it (“ModifyHandlingForVehicles: 4eeea03a is without handling!”)
  2. Excessive logging by FiveM itself (“RgscStub::m_13”)
  3. Or the stuff that is streamed from the server. (seems to be maps and vehicles mostly)

Nr. 3 is the likely cause, to be sure you can join a vanilla server to see if the issues persist.
Might also be worth clearing the FiveM cache because of the junk you’ve downloaded from the server(s).
