Youd have to try yourself. This depends on the client’s computer specs
Hardly anything since most computation happens on the clients. The server is just there to serve the resources and client->client communication as well as any persistence. More important is your server network bandwidth.
If you use OneSync then CPU cores come into play as this allows multi cores
