How do I whitelist myself and others to type in the F8 console?

Add this in server.cfg and replace the steam id with yours
add_ace group.admin command allow
add_principal identifier.steam:00000000000 group.admin

Which steam ID would I use? The SteamID, the steamID64, the steamd3, or do I use the steamID64 that’s been converted to a hex number?
