If you’ve left one ipl resource running and you still have the error, I think I’d try disabling that one as well.

i deleted all ipls and it didnt work

Can someone help me i tryed all but i cant fix that .

You can start by disabling most resources and after doing that enabling them one by one. Its a lot of work sure but it might be the solution to find out which resource causes the problem
