After some talks, it being desired to remove the age limit

We got some very exciting news!

it being desired to interment ESX, this has several advantages chiefly among them is that the server will be free to play on as a civilian, but to own a Business, you will still need to become a member sort of, we still working out the details on that, but other than that, police and fire/ems are still whitelisted

also note that the server is up but still working on stuff on it
