Hello im looking for someone to make some custom Car liveries for a community i am in. they will be for our police cars but also need two made for a custom car for our director and our civilian director
hate to be the debby downer but its not that hard to do, all you need is photo editing software, gimp, photoshop hell even Microsoft paint (not recommended), openiv and an imagination.
for someone who doesnt do things like that it is hard
