for me the marker and gui are displaying however i press h to spawn vehicle and nothing :S

bonjour desolé pour ma question certainement bete mais ou est le fichier SQL ? c est a nous de le cree ? desolé pour cette question mais je doute .
a ce que j ai compris je dois en cree un de la meme facon qu un fichier lua c est bien ca ? si oui dois je le mettre dans chaqu un des 2 dossiers ?
