If you use fivemipl open client.lua
Find pillbox
replace with
-- Pillbox hospital: 307.1680, -590.807, 43.280
--RequestIpl("RC12B_Default")
RequestIpl("rc12b_hospitalinterior")
RemoveIpl("rc12b_default")

bob74 is very much outdated. I suggest you use fivemipl which has all the latest or at least is much more recent and includes bob74 ipl
