I had something like this too. New vehicles wouldn’t be added to the owned_vehicles database as no number plate was generated. If u have the database working on your own machine. Try to export it again and reïmport it to the environment where u need it. I didn’t import it to the database the host provided to me but created my own new one (FX_Server). I also used XAMPP on the server host machine in order to get into the database as if it was locally hosted. That worked for me.
