Problem of loading mods ? Good start aleatory

Hello i create a mods but i have a problem recurrent.
When i start my server or restart a mod, my mod does not load correctly !
I need to restart for it to work and it is random sometimes it works right away.

What a problem ?
Its command “Citizen.CreateThread(function()” ?
