Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

running vRP script. Used vRP’s police skins, used my own, tried removing all and using default yet the belt is still miss colored. thanks for the help

this is a server side problem, please ask in the original topic that you got the skin from or ask the server owner to look into it if it isnt your server.
