Opened port’s I think, it seem’s to time out when I do, other then that I have connect just fine, I cant find it on server list neither can my friend.

Did you disable the firewall? Also, sometimes at least 1 player is needed in-game to let the server be on the list (sometimes the framework used in the server gives admin permissions to the first connected user and this lets the owner/admin/founder of the server to join before others). I mean, it used to work this way time ago, don’t know if it’s still working this way.
