You can use PLD just depends on if GTA is steam or R*… Steam version put the PLD files in your FiveM plugins… R* version put both PLD files in your GTA directory
If you want PLD to look like the black and white version, no you would need to code it yourself.
Chances of it working with FiveM are slim, however its possible via coding.
