gunna need more information then that, what host are you using? perhaps ask them? if theres a web panel it will tell you somewhere in there.

If you are using your own PC to host the server, use this:
https://www.whatismyip.com/
Otherwise the IP should be somewhere on the control panel of w/e hosting you have.

Yes, assuming you have done some portforwarding on your local network (otherwise your friend cannot connect).
