Massive timed out

Hello everyone, I have a problem that kick some players when the server is 90/128 players.
20/30 players have the message (connection expired) then are disconnected with this error message

. the other players see the message (the connection has expired) for a few seconds, then it disappears. I do not know how to solve the problem. I took a server with a guaranteed connection of 2 Gb / s to solve the problem, but it continues.
I tried to remove all the stream from the server (clothes, vehicles, mapping) but the bug is still present

I have noticed that there have been several issues that have stability problems with onesync and xeon processors. may not be powerful enough
