Briefly: We are looking for a developer, with remuneration that will be possible in the future, depending on the involvement and skills of the person. More details during the voice interview.
The PC gaming community [fr-FR], Tortuga (http://www.tortuga-pc.fr/), based mainly on GTA Online since its release on PC in April 2015, brings together several mature members interested in RolePlay.
We always favored PVE instead of savage PVP in GTA Online and we are starting to feel cramped by the limitations Rockstar is imposing on us.
Interested since several months by FiveM, by the emergence of the soft and the continuous development of the RolePlay servers, we have as a project to create our own server.
We are trying to create something different from all the usual servers that we discovered, created in a few days, with basic functions.
The essential point which matters most to us is the coherence of the universe. We want to create an RP based on GTA and not import a RP adapt to GTA from Arma or from other games. We would really like to detach ourselves so that we do not always find the same places and vehicles that are constantly used by most servers simply because of a lack of game’s richness knowledge and all its components.
Our structure has proved its solidity over time despite difficult times, as there are in any community. We are still here after 3 years of existence.
We do not want to hurry. We want to take the time to build something very solid from the beginning.
The project is led by the current leader of TORTUGA and a producer working in the video game industry, with several skills in this type of project.
Some documents concerning the server economy, rules/regulation and some specificities are being designed (you can help with as well).
The number of members present in our community will allow us to manage Closed Beta and Open Beta phases effectively before performing a Soft Launch.
We are therefore looking for a (or multiple) person(s) having:
- Free time.
- Rigor and organization.
- Team spirit and team work knowledge.
- Good communication.
- The sense of detail.
- French speaker is better but English speaker is accepted.
- (notions of Game Design).
Technical expertise in addition to any advice you could give us would also be greatly appreciated.
