Provide a CitizenFX.log file from the FiveM Application Data (FiveM.app) folder or a crash file from the FiveM/FiveM.app/crashes folder if it crashed (or just CTRL + C from the Fatal Error window which should contain the crash id and provide it here). Screenshots are not really of any use unless they contain any useful information that could help resolve the issue.
