What did you do to get this issue?
I ran my fivem server, and it crashed about 30 second to 2 minutes of me being in game.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
I took out my resource essentialmode and es_admin2 and it seemed to help most if not all times being in game, but those are obviously necessities, is there any fix to this?

Give the .dmp file and if you looked at the bottom you’d see Report ID: … [uploading?] (use Ctrl + C to copy)
Copy and paste the report id.
