I need help, can't join servers

Steam/CD/Social Club? steam
Windows version? windows 8.1 PRO
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes

System specifications: intel core i5-6500 3.20Ghz CPU; Geforce 950 MSI 2GB overclocked at +200Mhz GPU ; 16 GB ram.
What did you do to get this issue? I just play this game on my own server then i turned off and going to play ather game than i came back and trying to open game and this game has been deleted and i trying to install again and it just say this error but my friend have been deleted to but not the same error. Now i dont know how i will join to my server. :frowning:

Also add what you already tried so far. : Deleting fivem, deleting cache file, and installing fivem and deleting
