Im getting this when my server is up

I did the tutorial in the way it is described, but in the end it is giving a critical error that is closing my server, it goes correctly without even a mistake after the key it closes quickly I was able to make a print of the error, if someone knows the reason and can point me a way forward.
I am having the same issue with my local hosted server. Did you find a solution?
Or maybe there is not a fix?

I can load the server just fine, but when i run the bat file I get this [ERROR] ER_NOT_SUPPORTED_AUTH_MODE: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client, I’m a noob and have a ahrd time understanding what that means and how to fix it
