How to replace peds?

I want to replace peds in my server,i have searched here but every method i try dont work plese if have a tutorial here send me the link

Follow the exact same method as streaming vehicles. The only difference will obviously be the files you are streaming.

i try this method early, the peds i add just don’t appear in game, my folder is like this

pretty sure you need to create a folder for a skin (say, marine or blackops or whatever the skin name is) and put files there, thats how it works for cars

i create a folder for all skins with same name of archives still dont working

Thanks Its Working now i just forgot to put folder in citmp-server

any peds that are marked as cutscene would be good candidates for replacement they wont show up in as regular peds walking around right?
