Not the right place.
Also, just search up loading screen in the releases.
Alright make sure your folder is loqscript-material_load-loadingscreen
that name, then make sure to have
start loqscript-material_load-loadingscreen
in your server.cfg make sure no other loading screen is taking its place
To edit it look inside the index.html to change some of the text that is showing up on the loading screen
