So I’m struggling to find where do I change these hotkeys so I can accept the admin ticket
how do I do it? and where can I find the paste to change them?
There should be a numpad on your keyboard (it’s where the number keys are on the right)
If not you can either change the keybinds in your client settings, or find them in the script and change them there to another keybind
