Is is possible to load .dll files server side and if so how would I do that?

TornadoScript.dll
Its this one. I have tried everything and all i have been doing is getting my brain hurting. I am honestly about to give up. Its been 3 months working on this and I cannot figure it out.

Seems like a singleplayer mod to me, probably doesn’t support multiplayer. Ask the original mod creator to make a version compatible with FiveM.
