Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Also add what you already tried so far. Talked to the server owner, and confirmed that nothing regarding add-on vehicles has changed recently and the server was working fine before the update at the end of March. btw this doesn’t happen on the us server and they are exact copies
