[Help] how to disable a spawn to hospital

i just play with my friend in my server and we starting to kill each other we kill like 3-5 time then we spawn to hospital how to disable that we have to spawn to hospital randomly i just want it to not respawn and wait for paramedic

it should respawn you to the server spawn points unless you have a script which does this.
