How do i put text/icon inside the bar? (A “hunger”/“thirsty” text or icon inside of the bars).

I believe this was recently uploaded to the releases section, if you search for it you should be able to find it.
The vRP version was uploaded, not the esx one.
I’m trying to do it on esx.
Any ideas?
