Greetings! I am also getting this popup. The specs for my machine are close to yours and are below.
OS: win 10
ram: 6gb
intel i5.
GPU Nvidia 525M latest drivers.

I am attempting a reinstall of the game and will report back if it resolves.
— Found Nvidia GPU 525 will produce error and intel internal will not. Reinstalling GPU drivers. Reinstall didnt resolve. Deleted cache. no change
