Game out of memory error when joining sertin server

so i can join other servers but when i try to join the main high octain server while im loading in the game crashes and give me the out of game memory error
fully up to date
Up to date?
Legit or Pirate copy? legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? steam
Windows version? 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? ive fully reinstalled fiveM multible times

8gb 3200mhz
1tb hardrive
120gb SSD
but someone els on the server with better specs is having the same issue he has 16 gb of ram

CitizenFX.log file stock but have tried other ones such as https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? no but fiveM works on other servers

Also add what you already tried so far.
