the game is not proceeding from the “launching,please wait”.Solutions i have tried are the one on the FAQ page

changed it to my new issues,the old one got resolved after reinstalling gta

yes,the default for windows,windows defender

Be sure to play the first single player mission after re-installing GTA V.
