FiveReborn crashes when putting on masks as MP Playermodel

As the title says every time I attempt to put most masks on the MP Male or MP Female FiveReborn will instantly crash with this error: http://imgur.com/a/rccMe

Any suggestions?

MP Playermodel is broken for now, this is a known issue for us.
