Fivem Very laggy in menu and in game

**What did you do to get this issue? - just run fivem
**What server did you get this issue on? - all
**CitizenFX.log file - N/A
**.dmp files/report IDs N/A

Also add what you already tried so far.

Reinstalling GTA 5, Fivem and Graphic Drivers

the game works fine in single player as well as online but running fivem is’t sl laggy the mouse pointer trails across the screen. even keyboard commands are delayed. and in game the cars are moving very slow as well… just walking is hard enough to control without trying to get in a car.

Any advice would be great

Are you playing in fullscreen and/or using vsync?

i have tried full screen and windowed & turned vsync on and off no difference
