FiveM needs to update game cache ,DLC files are missing (or Corrupted) help

**What did you do to get this issue?**my game kept crashing to i deleted and tried to reinstall
What server did you get this issue on?
CitizenFX.log file dont know what or where to find this

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes i disabled it

Also add what you already tried so far.uninstalled fivem and tried to reinstall it and get this https://gyazo.com/313fc1a1a1cf001070e27073eccd150d have uninstalled gtav and reinstalled and also reinstalled windows

are you sure FiveM and GTA5 is up to date?

Same problem here but my windows is 8.1
i think my GTA is updated because i can play ONLINE with no other problems.
please help What i could do

where do i find the version number of gtav and i cant update fiveM as when i try the error pops up , i downloaded the newest one off the FiveM site

same i can play GTAV online and the storymode with no problems
