What did you do to get this issue? I got this issue with latest fivem uptade included my friends

Please i need help fast, this game is insane and needs to be fixed with uptade or something, i got rx480 8GB gaming x with i5 4460 which runs gta 5 high 80+fps, but in fivem its just stays 25 fps with lowest settings nomatter what server but still same fps. I heared that over 8+ people got same problem, no i dont use vsync or something no i havent locked fps, and no my temps are 40c ingame!

i tried fivem and gta 5 reinstall and they are in my ssd, (they were at hdd before) and i have latest drivers, and i dont know what to do.
