**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes, Norton passes it with no issues.

Also add what you already tried so far.

Deleting Fivem from pc and reinstalling it. Now it just crashes when opening. Deleting Steam and reinstalling it. When trying to launch Fivem it just freezes pc and have to restart comp. All
