i5-6600k 4.6GHz OC 1.35V (Stable never had issues)
GTX 1060 6GB Boosts to 2GHz (Also stable never had issues)
16GB RAM at 2400GHz

Starts up fine

Haven’t tried anything except deleting caches.

This lag is done to that there is alot of players on the server and u load in the area around them. Atleast what i know
