Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? I deleted the contents of the cache folder w/out removing the game folder, did not delete caches.xml

So FiveM freezes and stutters every couple minutes for a few seconds, something it freezes so long that i have to force stop fivem
I do have Reshade installed with the following options:
Vibrance.fx,Clarity.fx,LumaSharpen.fx,Colourfulness.fx,AmbientLight.fx
This makes it hard to do roleplay with my group
