If you select a language with a 
, say “English (World)”, in the server browser, you only see servers with “English (World)” as their language.
No issue here.
If you select a language with a 
, say “English (World)”, in the server browser, you see no servers at all.
Expected behavior is to show all servers that do not have “English (World)” as their language.
Selecting any other language with a will show results for that language.
Basically, this differs from the tag filtering, which correctly shows servers that do not have the excluded tags.
