Everytime time my friend try to join my server it says that "Failed hanshaketo server (my ip)-Failed to connect to (my ip) port 30120: Connection refused-CURL error code 7(Couldn't connects to server)

**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**Yes

Also, add what you already tried so far. I have tried many different things I have disabled my antivirus and port forward the server. Cleared my cache.
