This pop up error happened after my anti virus cleaned up trash

did you try deleting your FiveM.app folder? also check if it has write permissions

can you try moving the FiveM.exe into a folder on your desktop and see what that does?

To be more exact I click on the FiveM.exe it starts updating FiveM when it gets like half way there it just gives me that pop up also thanks for taking your time of the day to help me
