What did you do to get this issue? tried to install

im trying to reinstall rn to see if it helps since i had gta on the other disc

yes antivirus is disabled tried moving the installer to my other disc where gta is installed.

By the way, you’re not on windows 8. All the provided screenshots show windows 7.
Windows 7 is no longer supported, so if you want to get further support, update to the real windows 8 or update to windows 10 instead.
