What did you do to get this issue? Nothing just started happening when i join a server

There is no error that pops up it just pulls of the windows not responding screen and then closes

Try deleting AdvancedHookV.dll and ELS.asi from your GTA V folder. Keep GTA V clean.
Also provide the full template next time if you want support.

Just did seems to work now with out els but thats wierd how its only me out of the whole roleplay community guess I cant use els until there is a fix

els was never supported anyway. As long as the developer of ELS doesn’t want to make a compatible version or share his code you shouldn’t expect it to work. The FiveM developers can’t "fix"this.
