That is server specific, only servers using essentialmode require a Steam ID.
Either make sure steam is running before you start your FiveM or join another server that doesn’t use essentialmode.

When you’re playing FiveM, does steam detect that you’re playing a game?

Very strange, though that error message is definitely from essentialmode so try joining servers that don’t have essentialmode, it should work.

I solved :slight_smile: need to disable family view

What? Plenty of other servers use steam authentication…

Family view had nothing to do with it.

True, I meant to say: that kick message is often caused by essential mode.
