Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes
Also add what you already tried so far.

  • Disabled anti-virus
  • Run as Admin
  • Remove all files and reinstalling

Got it fixed!
Somehow my Antivirus was still blocking the direct download link so i had to allow it first :wink:
