What did you do to get this issue? joined an RP server whos lights were only blue on police cars. but the issue transferred to others as well.
What server did you get this issue on? Seems to continued to affect every server since then

mabye reinstall your game it might be your carcols file that happend to me and i restarted and if that doesnt work GET new veh
